Oakley.com offers different shipping options. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent fully insured.

Processing Times

Every Custom order is hand-built to your specifications. Due to this, please allow up to 4 days prior to shipping to build your custom creation.

If you purchased an Rx item, it can take 5-7 days (after your Rx has been received and verified) at the lab to create your lenses as we ensure only the highest quality.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

365-Day Warranty: Customers will enjoy a 365 days warranty (365 days from the date of receipt), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. 60-Day Exchange & Return: Unsatisfactory glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of receipt, Only shipping fees will apply. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return. Please kindly note that the "exchange order" is not eligible for another exchange/return.

ZELOOL offers a 365-day warranty starting from the day you receive your eyewear. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.
You can return, exchange, or request a refund for products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving them. Here's what you need to know: Eligibility: Each order is eligible for one return or exchange within 30 days. Non-quality issues: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues after the 30-day window. Return options: You can exchange, get a credit, or receive a full refund for the returned product.
If we made an error, such as sending the wrong prescription or wrong items, we will: Provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect items. Offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method or as ZELOOL Store Credit.
If you made an error, such as selecting the wrong prescription or shipping address: We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You will need to return the items at your own expense.
Your refund will be processed according to the following terms: Refund time: Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Shipping fee: The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
The exchange process includes the following steps: We will send you the new item after we receive your returned product. If the new item has a different price, you will need to pay the price difference. Refund method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note the following return instructions: Do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not the correct return address. Please use the Return Shipping Label provided or the address you receive from our Customer Service team.
To ensure your return is processed correctly: Only return ZELOOL products, we cannot be responsible for items that are not purchased from ZELOOL. After shipping your return, please contact Customer Service with your tracking number so we can process your return promptly.
ZELOOL Store Credit is a virtual credit linked to your ZELOOL account. You can use it for future purchases on our website. If you choose store credit instead of a refund, it will be added to your account immediately after we process your return. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to your original payment method.
Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If you no longer have access to your original payment method, the refund will be issued as ZELOOL Store Credit. Processing time: Due to possible transportation delays, refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to process.
