Vediview Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years or older to use our Site or purchase products from Vediview. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If we suspect that any information you provide is false, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future service.

All information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
• Access the Site using any method other than the interface we provide.
• Any conduct that restricts or inhibits another user from enjoying the Site is strictly prohibited.

By ordering prescription eyeglasses from Vediview, you certify that:

• You have a valid, unexpired prescription from a licensed eye care provider.
• The prescription information you enter matches your provider's prescription exactly.
• You will renew your prescription as recommended by your eye care professional.

We will not fulfill your order without a valid prescription. You authorize us to contact your eye care provider or request a copy of your prescription to verify accuracy.

We do our best to display product colors and images accurately. However, because monitor settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors exactly as they appear in person.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Returns Policy.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), or Euros (EUR) depending on your selected region or currency preference. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. Your card will be charged in the currency you select at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any offer for a product or service is void where prohibited.

Value Added Tax (VAT) and similar taxes

Where Vediview is required by law to collect VAT (or any similar consumption tax) on your order, the price shown at checkout will include that tax. VAT is calculated based on the final price after any coupons or discounts have been applied. Once your order has shipped, we cannot refund any VAT already remitted to tax authorities.

Import Fees and Customs

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These are your sole responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Delivery delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control. However, our obligation to deliver within a reasonable time (and in any event within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise) remains. If a customs delay makes it impossible for us to deliver within that timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Currency

All transactions are processed in the currency you select at checkout (USD, GBP, or EUR). Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility.

We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates based on "best effort." The total delivery period will generally not exceed 30 days, unless unusual circumstances outside our control arise.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available). If your order fails our quality assurance inspection, we will notify you of the delay and keep you updated.

If delivery fails because of you

We want you to receive your order. However, if a delivery attempt fails for reasons within your control — for example:

• You refuse to accept the package without a genuine reason (such as a defect or mistake by us), or
• You repeatedly fail to arrange redelivery or collection after we or our carrier have made reasonable efforts,

then:

• We may treat the order as cancelled.
• You will receive a refund of the product price, minus any return shipping costs or handling fees we actually incur.
• No refund will be given for the original shipping cost.

In addition, if you regularly refuse deliveries or act in an uncooperative way, we reserve the right to decline any future orders from you and to close your account.

We want you to love your Vediview glasses. That's why we offer:

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Change of Mind): If you are not completely satisfied with your glasses for any reason — fit, style, comfort, or simply change of mind — you may return them within 30 days of delivery. We will refund the full product price you paid (excluding original shipping costs and any return shipping costs).
• 365-Day Product Guarantee (Defects): If you experience a manufacturing defect within 365 days of delivery, we will replace or exchange the product at no cost for the product. We will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.

How returns work:

• To start a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support Team.
• Returned items must be in their original boxes with any accessories originally included with the product.
• For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• For defective products: In countries where we have a domestic return address and we are able to provide a prepaid return label, we will do so at no cost to you.

For countries where we do not have a domestic return address (i.e., no local warehouse):

• We do not provide prepaid return labels for any reason.
• For defective products, ship the item to the return address we provide. We will reimburse your return shipping cost up to $30 USD after we verify the defect. If shipping costs more, contact us first for approval. We may then allow you to destroy the item locally (with photo/video evidence) and still receive a replacement or refund.
• For change-of-mind returns, we strongly recommend you consider whether the return shipping cost is worth the refund, as international return shipping can be expensive.

Final Sale Items:

From time to time, we may offer certain products as "final sale." Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page. Final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or the 365-Day Product Guarantee, unless the product is defective and the defect is covered by the warranty.

In rare cases, if we reasonably suspect abuse of our return policy (e.g., excessive or fraudulent returns), we may deny a return or exchange at our sole discretion.

Any store credits we issue will be added to your Vediview account and remain valid for 24 months from the date of issue, unless we state otherwise. To use your credit, select it at checkout. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Orders paid entirely or partially with store credits are non-refundable for the portion paid with credits (that portion will be returned to your store credit balance).

For orders paid with other methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal), if we attempt to issue a refund to your original payment method and that refund is denied (e.g., expired card, closed account, bank rejection), we will issue the refund in store credits instead.

If your account is closed or terminated for any reason, any unused store credits will be forfeited.

We stand behind the quality of our frames, lenses, and coatings. If you discover a manufacturing defect within 365 days of delivery, contact our Customer Support Team. We will arrange a replacement or exchange.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from sudden force, impact, or accident
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other methods as listed on our Site. All transactions are processed in the currency you select at checkout (USD, GBP, or EUR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Production Times

Production times vary based on prescription complexity and lens type. Our quality assurance team inspects every order before shipping. If your glasses do not pass inspection, delivery will be delayed, and we will notify you via email.

Prescription Verification

When you order prescription glasses, you must provide a valid, unexpired prescription. We reserve the right to verify your prescription with your eye care provider before manufacturing.

Trademarks

"Vediview" and our logos, graphics, and service names are trademarks owned by Vediview. You may not use our trademarks in connection with any third-party product or service, or in any way that discredits us.

We may monitor the Site for prohibited conduct. If we become aware of potentially illegal, infringing, or harmful content, we may investigate and remove it at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or decline to sell products to anyone we reasonably believe intends to resell them.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. If your account is terminated, you may no longer use the Site, and we may delete your account information and files. We are not liable to you or any third party for termination of your access.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

You and Vediview agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved on an individual basis only. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class action, representative action, or collective proceeding.

If a court finds this class action waiver unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. This does not override any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your own country.

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, software, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Vediview and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may download or print a single copy of Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

When you visit our Site or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails or Site notices. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any third-party content or user-generated content posted on the Site.

Any general health or vision information provided on this Site is for educational and communication purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vediview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Vediview for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vediview and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Any content you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Statute of Limitations: Any claim you have arising from these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
